  First of all I would like to start off by making it clear that this has ABSOLUTEY nothing to do with my physician that I have been seeing there for the past 2 years. I would recommend Dr. Hood to anyone for the simple fact that he is a great doctor. My issue is with the office manager Brandy Langley. I had called a week ago and left two voicemails for her to call me back and never received one call back. I called a week later and spoke to the receptionist and was told that I had been dismissed as a patient because I had missed 3 appointments. I explained to her that I had cancelled two of those apontmwnts the same day I made them because I work in patient care as well and we were short handed and I couldn't come. I wasn't sick it was for a follow up appointment. I explained to her that I had actually maybe no showed one appointment and would like to please speak to the office manager and I didn't care to leave a message because she never calls back. She said "hold I'll see if she wants to talk to you" She came back and told me " she said that she has nothing to say to you and is not going to change her mind". I told the receptionist she has never spoke to me about this....she said " well I don't know what to tell you". I was in complete shock that this was happening, I work in patient care and could not imagine our office manager ever treating someone like such or even our receptionist. I called the main office of Mana to speak with the compliance chief and explained to her the situation. She was very nice. No issues here. She said she was sorry and would have he office manager and gave me her name Brandy Langley (may not be correct spelling) Calle me back and if she didn't to call her back. Mrs. Langley called me back a few hours later and lied straight to me on the phone and said "I am so so sorry I saw you left a voicemail yesterday and I wanted to give you a call back". There is the lie she knew I had been calling for two weeks and her receptionist told me what she said. I wasn't rude (I didn't confront her about her lie) nor was I mean to her. I explained to her the situation. She pulled up my history and I explained to her that I called the same day and cancelled those appointments and I understand that we are humans and humans make mistakes all the time and I'm in patient care and I will fix the issue and that I didn't deserve to be dismissed because in reality I only Missed one appointment. So it goes on from there. So my advice to Mana clinics is, you have wonderful doctors but if you have someone that is dishonest and rude to patients it will bring your practice down fast just as if you had terrible doctors and great staff.   They charge an absurd amount for new patients and my adjustment for insurance took about 10% off. The amount charged was never brought up norexplained, they just said they would sort it out with insurance then they sent me a bill for $150 a month later. My visit lasted less than 5 minutes. Also the address that Google maps lists is incorrect. It's near the Locamotion near Fayetteville.
